I'm finding this listed as a religion in some 1901 Canadian censuses.

Google is not being helpful...anyone have some insight?

Would you write?

My 2x great grandfather Peter Christian Mueller came from Neustadt-Waiblingen, Würtemberg. He had a sister Marie Katherina who married Karl Gottlob Falkenstein. Marie and Karl immigrated to the US in 1911 with their children to join the House of David, sort of a cult in Benton Harbor, Michigan.
Since I live in Germany (I am American) I have been meaning to go to the Waiblingen area and do some research. While looking at Google Maps I noticed some businesses were listed and one caught my eye. It is located on the edge of Neustadt and it is an insurance company owned by some Falkensteins. The town is small. I have a feeling they may be the same family.

So if you were searching would you write to these total strangers and find out if they were distant relations of Karl Falkenstein or not? I dont know why, but I am a bit hesitant.

Hi folks. Long time lurker, first time poster. I was hoping someone would be able to give me a hand, I seem to have hit a wall when it comes to my 2nd Great Grandfather. His name is Alexander THOMPSON (born bet. 1850-1860 in Antrim, Ireland), husband to Agnes LYTTLE (later HARPER, born 1857 in Belfast, Antrim, Ireland).   They had six children total: Charles Alexander (b. 22 Sep 1882), Arthur (b. 19 Feb 1885), Mary (b. 1893), Sarah (b. 1896), James (b. 1891), and William (b. 1887).  Alexander died before 1911, as shown here:

He is believed to have died in Umgall, Templepatrick, Antrim, Ireland.  Charles and Arthur are missing as well, as they had already started for Canada. Any little tidbits would be greatly appreciated! Happy Holidays!
